This study aimed to investigate the effects of endophytic actinomycete Streptomyces sp. M57 on the rhizosphere soil microbial community of soybean. Soybean plants were grown under phosphorus deficiency and salt stress conditions, with half inoculated with Streptomyces sp. M57 and the other half as non-inoculated controls. Rhizosphere soil samples were collected from both groups, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing was performed to analyze the microbial community structure, diversity, and functional potential. The data will reveal the regulatory role of Streptomyces sp. M57 in the soil-plant microecological system and provide insights into the mechanism of alleviating abiotic stress in soybean.
