Effects of chemical and mechanical erosion on non-Darcy flow in porous media: a pore-scale study

This dataset contains all files necessay to reproduce the results of the study "Effects of chemical and mechanical erosion on non-Darcy flow in porous media: a pore-scale study". It includes the following components: Raw TIFF images: original pore-scale images of the porous media sampls used to generate computational models. Simulation case templates: Input files and configuration templates for the numerical simulations, including boundary conditions, fluid properties, and solver settings. Simulation results: Output data from the numerical simulations. Python scripts: Python scripts used to convert the TIFF images into STL geometry suitable for numerical simulation. Python scripts used to convert the TIFF images into npy file suitable for generating pore network model. Python scripts used to generate pore network model using PoreSpy.
