资源简介:

SUPPLEMENTARY TABLES Table S1. Raw read counts and normalized expression values, reported as TPM, for all sectioned S. parvula root samples under control and 200 mM NaCl treatments. Table S2. List of orthologous gene pairs between S. parvula and A. thaliana. Table S3. Lists of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) identified between root zones. Table S4. Co-expressed genes grouped into five clusters and their functional enrichment results, corresponding to Fig. 4D. Table S5. Lists of genes assigned to the T, H, U, and N sets, corresponding to Fig. 4E and S4. Table S6. Lists of DEGs used to construct the T, H, U, and N gene-correlation networks, corresponding to Fig. 4F. Table S7. Lists of DEGs assigned to functional processes represented in the N networks, corresponding to Fig. 4G. Table S8. Functional enrichment results for DEGs shared between or unique to the NBZ and NGZ sets, corresponding to Fig. 5A. This table also includes the 129 DEGs with the highest expression levels in EZ, BZ, and GZ and their associated functional enrichment results, corresponding to Fig. 5A and 5B. Table S9. Lists of hormone pathway-associated genes and their normalized expression values, reported as TPM, corresponding to Fig. 6. Table S10. Lists of DEGs associated with salt or osmotic stress, ROS response, and cell death in the bulged and gap zones, corresponding to Fig. 7D, 8E, and 8F. SUPPLEMENTARY MOVIES Supplementary Video S1. Time-lapse imaging of S. parvula primary root growth under control conditions. Primary root continues to grow without a bulge forming. Imaging began immediately after treatment and continued for 16 hours. Supplementary Video S2. Time-lapse imaging of salt-induced root growth reprogramming at 200 mM NaCl. Salt stress transiently pauses primary root growth, induces a bulge formation, and is followed by resumed root elongation. Imaging began 2 hours after treatment and continued for 16 hours. Supplementary Video S3. Time-lapse imaging shows primary root growth inhibition in S. parvula under 250 mM NaCl. Primary root growth was inhibited and no bulge was formed. Imaging began 30 minutes after treatment and continued for 16 hours. Supplementary Video S4. Time-lapse imaging shows primary root growth in S. parvula treated with ABA. No bulge or gap were formed. Imaging began immediately after treatment and continued for 16 hours.
