Current Biology 35: 3488–3495. doi:10.1016/j.cub.2025.05.065 The dataset comprises the R script used for analyses of plate growth (Moroccan_Ctenocystoid_R_Script.R), the character matrix used for phylogenetic analyses (Moroccan_Ctenocystoid_Character_Matrix.nex), and three ZIP files with slices from synchrotron tomography or micro-CT scans and the corresponding 3-D models (Moroccan_Ctenocystoid.zip, Ctenocystis_utahensis.zip, and Austrocidaris_canaliculata.zip).
