CNOTshRNA or Melatonin treated samples

This microarray data was assessed in CNOT knockdown or non-treated non small lung cancer cells (A549 and H1299). This microarray data was assessed in melatonin treated compared to non-treated glioblastoma stem like cells (XO1 and XO2). After treated with CNOT knockdown or melatonin hormone in each group, RNA of the cells were extracted. The RNA was evaluated using Agilent assay by company Bioneer.
