ATAC-sequencing library of Arabidopsis thaliana nuclei derived from wild-type seedlings of the Col-0 accession

The dataset consists of ATAC-sequencing libraries from pooled seedlings of the A.thaliana Col-0 accession (wildtype). Three biological replicates (each representing a pool of seedlings) were split into two technical replicates of sorted nuclei for ATAC-seq library preparation, resulting in a total of 6 libraries sequenced with Illumina sequencing technology.
