NoVA Petroleum Release Atlas, 1974-2026

Fifty-two years of underground storage tank contamination across the nine Northern Virginia jurisdictions: 7,965 Virginia DEQ petroleum release cases with status, closure dates, derived time-to-closure, facility linkage and DBSCAN clusters, plus the 3,563-facility registered petroleum tank inventory.
