Single cell and spatial analysis of immune-hot and immune-cold tumours identifies fibroblast subtypes associated with distinct immunological niches and positive immunotherapy response | spatial transcriptomics data

This repository contains spatial transcriptomics data related to the Jenkins et al. 2024 study "Single cell and spatial analysis of immune-hot and immune-cold tumours identifies fibroblast subtypes associated with distinct immunological niches and positive immunotherapy response". HNSCC_Visium_data.tar.gz contains Spaceranger (spatial) output folders and filtered_feature_bc_matrix.h5 for each of ten HNSCC samples processed using Visium V2 CytAssist (10x) workflow. All samples were processed through the Spaceranger pipeline (v2.0.0) according to 10x Genomics guidelines. metadata_final_UoSdata.csv contains metadata for samples.
