数据资产管理系统

数据资产管控系统，也可以简称为数据资产ERP，是基于区块链技术，满足企业、行政事业单位的数据资产化全生命周期管控的管理系统，覆盖了包括数据资源化、数据资产化、数据资本化三个阶段，数据资源梳理、数据治理、数据产品设计、数据价值管理、数据资产登记挂牌数据流通和资本化六个节点 的相关流程 和功能；通过底层区块链技术的分布式计算特性，将数据资产化全生命周期过程中的关键信息上链存证、不可篡改，实现了 数据资产的 “ 可见、可证、可溯、可信 ”；数据资产管控系统，是以资产治理为主视角实现数据资产的管理，与传统以数据或安全为视角的数据资源治理有根本上的差别。

The Data Asset Management System, hereinafter abbreviated as Data Asset ERP, is a blockchain-based management system designed to support full-life-cycle governance and control of data assetization for enterprises and public institutions. It covers relevant processes and functions across three core stages, namely data resourceization, data assetization, and data capitalization, as well as six key nodes: data resource sorting, data governance, data product design, data value management, data asset registration and listing, and data circulation and capitalization. Leveraging the distributed computing features of underlying blockchain technology, it records and notarizes key information throughout the entire life cycle of data assetization on-chain with immutability, thus realizing the "visible, verifiable, traceable, and credible" characteristics of data assets. This system takes asset governance as its primary perspective to realize data asset management, which is fundamentally distinct from traditional data resource governance that centers on data or security.
