WestStroke10K: A 900-Case Original Data Preview Subset with Stroke CT, MRA, DWI Film Images and Radiology Reports

WestStroke-10K is a multicenter stroke imaging and radiology-report dataset jointly assembled by ten major tertiary hospitals across five provincial-level regions in western China. This record releases a 900-case original-data preview subset containing de-identified photographed CT, magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) films together with their paired radiology report images. The data are organized by anonymized hospital, case, and imaging modality, preserving case-level image-report correspondence and cross-modality structure. The subset captures real-world variation in scanners, acquisition protocols, film layouts, and report formats, supporting research on multimodal clinical alignment, radiology report generation, image-text retrieval, cross-modal verification, and robust model adaptation. Direct patient and physician identifiers have been removed, and institutional folders are pseudonymized. This preview subset is provided for research and reproducibility. Access to the complete WestStroke-10K dataset and its structured annotations is governed by consortium approval and data-use agreement procedures. The data are not intended for clinical diagnosis or patient re-identification. The archive is distributed as eight numbered ZIP parts. Download all parts and concatenate them in numerical order before extraction.
