Comparative transcriptome analysis of Qualea grandiflora Mart. plants to investigate the role of aluminum in this Savanna Flora species metabolism

To investigate the effects of Al metabolism in Qualea grandiflora, particularly at the level of gene regulation and gene products involved with physiological processes associated with this metal. The molecular mechanisms were studied through transcriptomics analysis. The results described here will be used for gene functional studies, essential to understand the physiological role of Al in accumulating plants.
