Lung metastasis is the leading cause of death of osteosarcoma patients. We found that SALL1 as a potential metastasis driving gene in osteosarcoma. Experiment results showed that SALL1 promote osteosarcoma metastatic independently. To elucidate how SALL1 mediates the invasive phenotype of osteosarcoma, we performed genome-wide transcriptome profiling on 143B-sh.Ctrl and 143B-sh.SALL1 cells by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq).
