This dataset is primarily developed for zebrafish brain atlas research, constructed to meet the requirement of three-dimensional neuroanatomical structures within the universal physical space of zebrafish. It is generated by performing 3D rendering on images with anatomical structure annotation information from the zebrafish strain atlas dataset using 3D Slicer software. It mainly records the anatomical divisions and neural nuclei of the central and peripheral nervous systems of zebrafish, and the data is stored in formats such as *.stl and *.obj.
