ESLR

This dataset maps exposure to Extreme Sea Level Rise (ESLR) across Europe and North Africa through 2100. ESLR (100-year return level) comes from JRC Global ESL projections and is combined with high-resolution terrain (DeltaDTM, 30 m; AHN 0.5 m for the Netherlands) via a cost-distance/topographic connectivity model. Outputs include 100 m GeoTIFF vulnerability rasters for Baseline (1980–2014), 2050 and 2100 under RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5, each at the 5th/50th/95th percentiles. See manuscript for full methodology.
