Replication Data for: Coercion Versus Voluntariness: Which Promotes Sustainability? System GMM Estimation of Carbon Emissions Efficiency With Undesirable Output I) "raw data" file contain data from World Bank database, "GTFP calculation" file contain raw data of Penn World Tables and also cleaned data for calculation of GTFP. II) In the do file there exist Stata codes that exloited in all processes of analysis. In the tab “7 ultimate data” of “GTFP calculation” file it is presented data that exploited to calculate GTFP, which aslo include Penn Wold Table series and World Bank series. III) We run those data on STATA to calculate the GTFP by the codes in the file named “GTFP AND SYSTEM GMM CODES”. IV) The new measures obtained from these calculation is taken to “GTFP outcomes and GMM results” file. And again the codes in “GTFP AND SYSTEM GMM CODES” utilized to estimate parameters.
