Gene expression profile at single cell level of lung and tracheobronchial lymph nodes leukocytes of healthy and influenza-infected pigs

We characterized the single cell landscape of lung leukocytes of healthy pigs and then compared them to pigs infected with H1N1 A/California/04/2009 with or without oseltamivir antiviral therapy. Overall design: Live lung leukocytes of 6-week-old mixed breed pigs were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the absence of propidium iodide signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.
