Construction of mariner himar-1-based transposon mutant banks in Legionella pneumophila. Legionella pneumophila

Tn-seq banks for each WT and Sde family mutant strain were generated. WT and the mutant strain have 15 and 14 banks, respectively, and each bank was barcoded separately and subjected to deep sequencing to know how many unique insertions each bank has.
