资源简介:
This study investigated the potential benefits of Bidens pilosa in mitigating the adverse effects of Bisphenol A (BPA) on male fertility. BPA, a common environmental pollutant, is known to induce oxidative stress and disrupt reproductive function. Over 28 days, male mice were divided into six groups: a control group, a BPA-only group, three groups receiving BPA with varying doses of Bidens pilosa extract, and a group receiving BPA with vitamin C. The study assessed various parameters, including body weight, oxidative stress markers, hormone levels, and sperm quality. Additionally, an in vitro study evaluated the antioxidant capacity of Bidens pilosa using the DPPH assay. The attached document contact data on body weight change, oxidative stress study, hormonal assay, sperm parameter, and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (dpph) result
