These volumes contain the following details: date when the proceedings took place; the names of the members of the Board present; the heading or designation of the case under investigation; and the names of the parties, the division where the land is situated; the county, parish, number, date, and all other particulars necessary to clearly define the case; how the case came before the Board for investigation; the names of counsel; attorneys or agents appearing and the parties for whom they appear and the names of the witnesses. In each case a decision is given and awards, expenses for witnesses and allowances for costs are noted. Date of adjournment, where applicable, and if the decision was unanimous, are also noted.
