Astrolobe Method Truth Adjudication Research V1 — RM-021: Succession, Reproducibility, Compaction, and Open-Obligation Custody

Astrolobe Method Truth Adjudication Research V1 RM-021 is the twenty-first and final canonical roadmap section for succession, reproducibility, compaction, traceability, and open-obligation custody. The artifact externalizes the accepted parent coordinate, final classifications, registered objections, bounded surviving uncertainties, obligation and denied-claim custody, cold-successor state, reproduction models, hostile/valid vector suites, archive boundaries, and the exact terminal roadmap cursor. RM-021 Repair 1 is a non-substantive reproducibility repair. It separates the builder/unpacked validation count from the exact packaged validation count and adds fail-closed assertions so future drift cannot silently misreport the audit surface. The repair changes no adjudication result, objection, uncertainty, obligation, denied claim, roadmap cursor, release authority, or research conclusion. The artifact includes deterministic rebuilding and executable validation. It does not claim independent replication, universal or permanently closed truth, legal conclusions, market proof, or real-world efficacy. Historical package-byte gaps and the archived RM-018 transcript limitation remain explicitly bounded in the artifact itself. The internal COMMERCIAL_RELEASE::LOCKED state refers only to Astrolobe's internal product-release governance. It does not impose additional restrictions on rights granted under CC BY 4.0.
