The purpose of this study was to compare differentially expressed genes in colon tissues among the control group, the DSS model group, and the high-dose Qinlian Zao Shi Tang (QZD-H) group. DSS-induced ulcerative colitis mouse models were randomly divided into 2 groups: Model, Model + QZD-H group (n=3 per group). Control mice (n = 3) were set as the control. Differentially expressed genes among the different groups were then identified using colon tissues.
