Confidence intervals per clock gene and subject, representing the range of circadian amplitudes of gene expression that are consistent with the measurements at the 95% level (i.e., p < 0.05). The amplitude was defined as the fold-change in expression between the peak and trough of the rhythm. Rhythmic genes are marked as rhy, arrhythmic genes as arrhy, respectively.
