The oncogenic mechanisms of FUS-CREB3L2

FUS-CREB3L2 is reccurently identified in low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS). To explore how FUS-CREB3L2 activate LFGMS target genes, we performed RNA-seq and CUT&Tag assay. In order to explore how FUS-CREB3L2 affects the transcription profiles, we performed RNA-seq and CUT&Tag in cells overexpressing FUS-CREB3L2, CREB3L2, TDP43-CREB3L2, FUS-CREB3L2 mutants (12E and del-bZIP).
