To investigate the role of LUBAC in the development and maintenance of the thymic epithelail cells, we analysed the transcriptional changes that result from loss of HOIL - a critical component of the LUBAC protein complex rnecessary for complex assembly, stability and therefore function - in purified mouse thymic epithelial cell populations. Overall design: RNA was isolated from freshly purified cortical and medullary thymic epithelial cells of control mice (Foxn1cre+/+ Hoillox/lox) and mice carrying TEC-specific deletion of Hoil (Foxn1creT/+ HOILlox/lox) for comparison by RNA-Seq.
