不同故障状态下的动静态特性试验数据集

本数据主要面向项目任务书中研究内容的“4. 多功能电调制阀智能故障诊断方法研究”,提出以长时间历程阀芯磨损程度导致阀动静态特性改变为典型故障现象,对不同磨损程度的阀芯进行动静态试验,形成阀性能退化数据集,寻找阀芯磨损与阀性能退化之间的映射关系,并与仿真数据集形成对比。
This dataset is primarily developed for the research content '4. Research on Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Methods for Multi-functional Electro-modulated Valves' in the project task statement. Taking the changes in the dynamic and static characteristics of the valve caused by spool wear over a long service period as the typical fault phenomenon, this study conducts dynamic and static tests on spools with varying wear degrees to construct a valve performance degradation dataset. It aims to explore the mapping relationship between spool wear and valve performance degradation, and carry out a comparative analysis with the simulated dataset.
