alphaTIGIT-IL2 promotes tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cell fragility resulting in tumor regression (PRJCA031037)

We designed an immunocytokine fused by IL-2 and an anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody, named aTIGIT-IL2, targeting Treg cells and promoting their fragility in tumor area. C57BL/6 mice (n = 5) were inoculated with 5E5 MC38 cells. Tumor-bearing mice were intraperitoneally treated with PBS or 10 µg aTIGIT-IL2 on days 7, 10, and 13. Mice were harvested and TILs were isolated for scRNA-seq 1 day after the last treatment.
