Data underlying the research article "Heralded initialization of charge state and optical transition frequency of diamond tin-vacancy centers". In this physics experiment, we demonstrate the heralded initialization of the charge state and optical frequency transition of tin-vacancy centers in diamond using (off-)resonant lasers, photon detection and real-time logic . The measurements are performed in a quantum optics setup.The dataset contains the measured data and the python code to analyse and reproduce the figures shown in the main text and appendix. The measurements are conducted with the Python 3 framework Quantum Measurement Interface (QMI) and data is collected with Python-based data acquisition framework Quantify. The measured and simulated data is stored in individual hdf5 files. Analysed data is stored in hdf5 files named processed dataset.<br>Read the README.txt<br>.ipynb: These are the notebooks that generates the main figures from the paper. It defines functions that are used for the analysis, loads the data, processes and visualizes it.<br>the *.npy files are the raw data files.<br>Further information on the acquisition and the processing of the data can be found in the supplementary of the paper.<br>
