Listed are the species names, sample identifiers for each pair of strains, if the transfer is between-clade (“Y,” “N,” “NA”), if the transfer is included in Fig 2 (“TRUE,” “FALSE”), divergences (all sites or synonymous sites only), locations of transferred regions, and if the transfer is a potential duplicate of other detected transfers (“TRUE,” “FALSE”) (see Section 3.9 in S1 Text).
