To investigate the role of RXR during eraly OnF reporgramming, we perturbed the APC/RXR regulatory axis during tumor intiation. To investigate the role of RXR in sustaining the OnF state in advanced CRC, we perturbed its expression in AKSP tumoroids. We forced RXR expression in APC flox/flox oprganoids, to block its downregulation following APC depletion (tumor intiation), or in advanced CRC tumoroids (AKSP)
