Workpieces image dataset

The acquisition system comprises an industrial boroscope with an attached microscope camera. The system counts with white LED light supplied by an optical fibre with adjustable brightness to obtain enough information about the workpiece. The system captures RGB images with 2592 × 1944 pixels and a resolution of 300 ppp.The inner and outer surfaces of the machined parts can be visualized with the vision system. All the acquired images have been labelled manually by experts using visual inspection. The obtained dataset with surface images that are classified according to surface wear.
