A greenhouse gas emissions life cycle analysis(LCA)was completed for 22years of carbon dioxide-enhanced oil recovery (CO2-EOR)operations at the Niagaran reef complex in the northern Michigan Basin based on research by the Midwest Regional Carbon Sequestration Partnership (MRCSP). The objective of the greenhouse gas LCA was to account for the total greenhouse gas emissions generated through the CO2-EOR process.
