THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE EMIRATE OF BUKHARA

This article examines the administrative management system of the Emirate of Bukhara, focusing on its historical formation, organizational structure, and governing principles. The study analyzes the hierarchical system of governance, including the role of the emir as the supreme ruler, central administrative institutions, regional and local authorities, as well as judicial and fiscal structures. Special attention is given to the mechanisms of state control, tax collection, law enforcement, and the interaction between central and local administrations. The article also explores how traditional Islamic legal principles and local customary practices influenced administrative decision-making. The findings demonstrate that the administrative system of the Emirate of Bukhara was a complex and multi-layered structure that combined centralized authority with regional autonomy, ensuring relative stability and continuity in governance. The study highlights the significance of this system in the broader context of Central Asian political history.
