GIWAXS of Conjugated Polymers, 2DPP-2CNTVT, P3HT, and N2000

This dataset contains the Grazing Incidence Wide-Angle X-ray Scattering (GIWAXS) diffractograms of thin films from three conjugated polymers: 2DPP-2CNTVT, P3HT, and N2200. The data was collected using a Xenocs Xeuss 3.0 SAXS/WAXS beamline for the laboratory. The files are in .edf format and are non-wedge-corrected. All the information regarding experimental conditions is contained within the files, and they can be processed using Xenocs' XSACT software.

The films were spin-coated using different solvents to control the orientation of the conjugated polymers' crystalline domains. The solvent used is included in the file name. For 2DPP-2CNTVT, we created an additional series containing the N-type molecular dopant N-DMBI to observe the effect of molecular dopants.
