Cover and cash crop diversification outcomes for soil health and soil microbial communities

Microbial community abundance and taxonomy data and soil property data associated with a four-year, two-way crop diversification field experiment in western Tennessee, USA. The first three years of select soil properties are published in Agriculture, Ecosystems, and Environment (2026, DOI:10.1016/j.agee.2025.110138). All four years of soil microbial community data and select soil properties are published in Frontiers in Microbiology (2025, DOI:10.3389/fmicb.2025.1664417).
