MyoMiner

MyoMiner is a powerful muscle specific database for the discovery of genes that are associated in related functions based on their co-expression. Within each category, users can select a gene of interest, and the MyoMiner web interface will return all correlated genes. MyoMiner has two extra functions: (a) a network interface for creating a 2-shell correlation network, based either on the most highly correlated genes or from a list of genes provided by the user with the option to include linked genes from the database and (b) a comparison tool from which the users can test whether any two correlation coefficients from different conditions are significantly different.肌矿（MyoMiner）是一款功能强大的肌肉特异性数据库，用于基于基因共表达特征挖掘与特定功能存在关联的基因。在每个分类下，用户可选择目标基因，肌矿的网页界面将返回所有与之相关的共表达基因。该数据库还具备两项额外功能：(a) 网络分析界面，可构建双壳层相关网络（2-shell correlation network），既可以基于相关性最高的基因进行构建，也可依托用户提供的基因列表生成，同时支持纳入数据库中的关联基因；(b) 比较分析工具，用户可通过该工具检验来自不同实验条件的两个相关系数是否存在显著差异。
