资源简介:
We performed RNAseq experiments to examine genome-wide transcriptional changes in PFC of shRNA-Kmt5b KD mice compared to GFP injected control mice. Overall design: mRNA via RNAseq analysis of three 6-8 week old shRNA-Kmt5b-injected KD mice (C57BL/6 x C3H) , and two 6-8 week old GFP-injected control mice (C57BL/6 x C3H) PFC tissue were compared.
