华北平原作为我国重要的粮食生产基地,水资源短缺但农业生产水平高。气候变化背景下,水资源和粮食生产之间的供需矛盾可能将不断加剧。因此亟需获取华北平原农田生态系统的蒸散发(ET)和总初级生产力(GPP)以及典型作物产量等关键数据,深入认识其时空变化规律对农业水资源高效利用和粮食安全生产具有重要意义。本研究通过基于遥感的农田生态水文模型(ReSEM),采用遥感水碳耦合模型和作物生长过程模拟方法,结合作物种植类型和物候期分布数据,估算了华北平原2001-2018年农田生态系统的ET和GPP以及主要作物类型(冬小麦-夏玉米)的产量。ReSEM考虑了小麦(代表C3作物)和玉米(代表C4作物)不同的参数化方案,估算的ET和GPP通量数据空间分辨率为500米,时间分辨率为8天,产量数据为500米空间分辨率的年度结果。该数据集为评估华北平原农业水分利用效率和作物生产力变化提供了依据。

The North China Plain (NCP), as a vital grain production base in China, faces severe water shortages yet maintains a high level of agricultural production. Under the context of climate change, the supply-demand contradiction between water resources and grain production is likely to continuously intensify. Therefore, it is urgent to obtain key data including evapotranspiration (ET), gross primary productivity (GPP) of cropland ecosystems, and yields of typical crops in the NCP; in-depth understanding of their spatiotemporal variation patterns is of great significance for the efficient utilization of agricultural water resources and safe grain production. In this study, we estimated the ET, GPP of cropland ecosystems, and yields of major crop types (winter wheat-summer maize) in the NCP from 2001 to 2018 using the remote sensing-based agro-ecohydrological model (ReSEM), which integrates the remote sensing water-carbon coupled model and crop growth process simulation method combined with crop planting type and phenology distribution data. ReSEM adopts distinct parameterization schemes for wheat (representing C3 crops) and maize (representing C4 crops). The estimated ET and GPP flux data have a spatial resolution of 500 meters and a temporal resolution of 8 days, while the yield data are annual results with a 500-meter spatial resolution. This dataset provides a reliable basis for evaluating changes in agricultural water use efficiency and crop productivity in the North China Plain.
