On-beam performance and kinematics.

Mean and standard deviation (SD) of on-beam step-offs/min, sacrum standard deviation, maximum sacral displacement, and maximum sacral velocity in the medio-lateral (ML), vertical (Vert.), and anterior-posterior (AP) direction, as well as normalized ankle-sacrum distance before (Pre) and after (Post) the balance beam training for 9 participants/group. All kinematic measures are in cm or cm/s except for the step-offs/min and the normalized ankle-sacral distance. Significant p-values are denoted in bold with an asterisk (*).
