lysine 12 of histone H4 in HaCaT cells under IL-17A stimulation

The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the changes in intracellular histone lactylation in keratinocytes after stimulation with the inflammatory factor IL-17A. The H4K12la-modified regions were immunoprecipitated by CUT&Tag assay and subjected to high-throughput sequencing.
