Biostimulatory Effects of Limnospira indica PCC 8005 on the Modulation of Rhizosphere and Endosphere Microbiota and its Impact on Plant Growth

This project evaluated Limnospira indica culture fractions as biostimulants for tomato plants. Two fractions, culture medium (CM) and biomass extract (BME), were produced under nitrate-sufficient and nitrate-deficient conditions and applied as soil amendments or foliar sprays over 35 days. Plant phenotyping was combined with rhizosphere and endosphere microbiota profiling using 16S rRNA gene sequencing at multiple time points.
