EEG at rest and with TMS

EEG at rest and with TMS stimulation (single pulse and rhythmic/ arrhythmic repetitive) from channel F4, from 6 subjects.Related to the publication "Universal rhythmic architecture uncovers distinct modes of neural dynamics" by Golan Karvat, Maité Crespo-García, Gal Vishne, Michael C Anderson, and Ayelet N Landau. When using the data, please cite the original paper.For each subject, there is one file ending with "rest", including 7 minutes of rest with eyes closed. Preprocessing: de-mean, high-pass filter (1 Hz), and DFT filter to remove line noise (50, 100, 150 Hz). Another file, ending with "TMS", includes 480 trials of TMS stimulation. Pre-processing to remove TMS artefacts was done according to TESA (Rogasch et al., 2017). Data are organized as a Fieldtrip raw data structure. Rest data contain one trial. TMS data include the field data.trialinfo, in which columns represent trial types, as follows:Rhythmicity: rhythmic = 1, arryhthmic = 0 Band: Alpha = 1, Beta1 = 2, Beta2 = 3, SinglePulse = 0Frequency (Hz)4.
