As part of a study of how fluconazole-induced fungal dysbiosis influences lung allergic disease, we performed ITS amplicon sequencing of the fecal fungal community in mice treated with fluconazole. The fecal mycobiome prior to fluconazole treatment (Day 0), after fluconazole treatment (Day 21), and 21 days after withdrawal of fluconazole treatment (Day 42) were sequenced.
