Study conducted from May to November 2022, using a multi-depth (H: 0.3 m , M: 2.15 m, and B: 4 m deep) sampling in a 4-meter-deep aquaculture tank. Illumina MiSeq technology was used to target the V4-V5 region of the 16S rRNA gene. The investigation included sampling of water to capture bacteria in planktonic form (E) and biofilm samples (B).
