Determinants_of_genome_editing_efficiency_with_Cas9_derived_tools

293FT cells were infected with lentivirus that encodes for both a guide RNA and a target DNA sequence for that guide. After selecting for cells with these constructs, the cells were transfected with plasmids that encode for base editors. Base editors were expressed for 3 days in the cells before harvesting the cells to test for the editing efficacy and efficiency. The purpose of this study is to sequence the guide and target sequence before any editing occurred and the target sequence after transfection.
