Three PDAC tissue samples and their matched adjacent non-tumor samples were obtained and were used for microarray assay. Tissue samples were distributed into two experimental groups: control group and PDAC group which were taken during surgery, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at -80˚C for further analysis.
