This study sets out to investigate the mechanisms by which gut microbiota controls the mononuclear phagocyte compartment of the tumor microenvironment to elicit effective anti-tumor responses. This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing data of leukocytes from murine subcutaneous EL4 lymphomas from mice with intact or absent microbiota. EL4 tumor-infiltrating leukocytes sorted as LiveCD45+CD3- (CD3- leukocytes) or LiveCD45+CD3-CD19-NK1.1-TCRb-TCRgd-Ter119- (myeloid) from specific-pathogen-free (SPF) or germ-free (GF) mice and single-cell RNA-sequencing was performed on the 10X platform.
