The repository contains the following directories:
- input-files: The input files used in the evaluation, both for our method (using RDFox) and for Konclude reasoner.
These are partitions of LUMB, Reactome, Uniprot and UOBM ontologies.
- RDFox_dependency: The RDFox reasoner used in our prototype implementation
