Red Chilli Adulteration: Digital image Dataset (DS-WH-1)

Two datasets including the digital images of Red Chilli Powder (RcP) adulteration specifically the Wonder hot (WH) variety of India, Dataset I (DS I) targeted binary classification, comprising pure WH samples (C1_PWH) and adulterated WH samples (C2_AWH) with a total of 1638 images. ​Furthermore, Dataset II (DS II) supported 16 classes: one for pure WH RcP (WH00) and 15 for adulterated samples (adulterants are Natural adulterants commonly used in industry), representing five natural adulterants (i.e. Wood Saw (WS), Wheat Bran (WB), Wood Saw (WS), Low grade chilli (United (UT) and Guntur mix (GM) at three concentration levels (5%, 10%, and 15%) and the total number of images in DSII is 5852. Tranin (80%) and Testing (20%) split ratio.
