Hearing Device Benefit in Free Conversation and in Speech Tests in VR
收藏资源简介:
An experiment involving triadic conversation and speech tests in virtual reality (VR) using telepresence technology was performed to investigate the relationship between hearing aid benefit, as measured by signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in free conversation and speech reception threshold (SRT) in speech tests. The dataset comprises multimodal recordings (short-term speech and noise levels, as well as head and gaze tracking) from 11 normally hearing participants performing two tasks (free conversation and a speech-matrix test) under three spatial filter settings and two noise levels. Data collection was performed between 25 May and 21 June 2023. A detailed description of this study can be found in: Grimm, G., Kothe, A. & Hohmann, V. (2025).
