Blood transcriptome and differential gene expression in cold-stunned Kemp's ridley sea turtles

The goal was to create a transcriptome from blood cell samples obtained from cold-stunned and convalescent Kemp's ridley sea turtles. Transcriptome results were used to conduct differential gene expression investigations between the cold-stunned and convalescent samples.
